Hi,
this question was already asked back in 2020 (https://nicepage.com/questions/100841/arrow-to-sub-menu). But I think it is still interesting.
By now, there is no indication inside the submenu which shows another "possible" submenu. A second sub could be overseen very easily. Adding code into your App for this feature shouldn't be a train smash.
Vote to pay developers attention to this features or issue.
