'Pages' window: order of pages

The 'pages' window looks really messy.
It does not show the pages in the same order as in the navigation menu to begin with.
I did delete one page from the menu before taking the screen so ignore the missing link, but I did not reorder the pages.

Yes, the list of pages should also reflect the site structure, and it does not seem to be present.
The option is not present and it can be confusing.
