Issue in openning App

The Destktop App, doesn't open in my PC. I worked with that yesterday, But suddenly it stop working. I uninstall the app and install it again, but it doesn't work. I only see a white page that write "Loading..." at the middle of that.
Could you please let me how can I solve the problem?
