If you will purchase Ultimate License, our suggestions will be the same, we still do not recommend deleting the nicepage.js file and with any license, Nicepage as a theme generator can't provide a smaller code for specific themes, because Nicepage includes code for all the possible designs user may want to add on his site.
As we told previously some trusted and tested optimization tools can help to minimize and optimize your exported theme.

We do not recommend deleting major nicepage.js file.
Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do in the application to make the size of the exported files smaller, Nicepage is a theme generator so we cannot provide the pure clean code for the exact design that you have created, we need to cover all the possible designs user may want to add on his site.
I suggest you use some optimization tools on the exported theme on your site, this should be helpful.
