The range slider should have the set borders at either of its ends and not go from 0 to 100 anyways, see attachment.
I set it to go from 18 to 40 and it still goes from 0 to 100. It does the checks though but why not make it go from 18 to 40 in the first place? This doesn't make sense and it makes bad user experience if the user is able to enter a number via slider that is not valid anyway.
