Report a bug

After creating a nicepage template for Joomla v4, and installing the template, when using the nicepage plugin to create a page, it's creating a huge amount of inline css.

I have selected "Theme Template" to select my Nicepage template created.

None of the inline CSS should be necessary, as it's already created in the Nicepage template files.

Hi, Marcus,

Nicepage generates the huge CSS file because we want our pages and themes to be customizable as much as it is possible. The more styles pages have, the more details can be customized. If the size of this file disturbs you, you can try to optimize it, however, we do not recommend doing it as it can affect the work of the website.

For example, you can also try to use a third-party CSS optimizing plugin for Joomla, but we do not guarantee the stable work of your website after that.

Please let us know if you need our further help!

Hi Paul,
My concern is that all the CSS is already present thanks to the nicepage generated theme. There's no need for the nicpage plugin to effectively duplicate the CSS, increasing the payload and slowing down the loading speed of the website.
