if I added the video directly to the page, everything took up a lot of space on the server and was slow to load.

Hi Kamil,

Thanks for contacting us

Yes, you can link a YouTube video to your website. YouTube provides embed codes allowing you to incorporate videos into your web pages easily. Here's how you can do it:

Upload your video to YouTube: First, upload your video to your YouTube channel. Make sure it is set to the desired privacy settings (public, unlisted, or private) based on your preferences.

Obtain the YouTube video's embed code: Once your video is uploaded, go to the video's page on YouTube. Below the video player, you will find a Share button. Click on it and then select the Embed option. This will provide you with the embed code for the video.

Embed the video on your website: Copy the embed code provided by YouTube. Then, go to the Nicepage where you want to display the video on your website. In the Nicepage Desktop app, Online Builder, or Nicepage Editor in (CMS) Content Management System, use the HTML element and paste the embed code into the appropriate section of your block.

Customize the video display (optional): You can further customize the appearance and behavior of the embedded video by modifying the embed code. For example, you can adjust the video dimensions, autoplay settings, or enable/disable related videos after playback. YouTube provides documentation on customizing the embed code based on your specific requirements.

Save and publish your webpage: After inserting the embed code, save it and publish it. The YouTube video should now be visible and playable on your website.

You can enhance your content with engaging multimedia elements by using YouTube videos and linking them to your website.

Sincerely,
Ahmad.

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out to us

Nicepage doesn’t natively support dynamic embedding of the latest YouTube video. However, you can manually update the YouTube video link in Nicepage whenever you have a new video.

For real-time updates or automation, you might need to use custom solutions or scripts that fetch the latest YouTube video and embed it on your site dynamically. Always consider the terms of service and API limitations when implementing such solutions.
