Can i just buy the web builder software no hosting

Hello i would like to buy just the web designer i don't want or need the hosting is this something possible ?

All Premium plans include Nicepage Hosting. Unfortunately, we do not provide special Premium plans without our hosting. However, feel free to use your hosting as the use of Nicepage Hosting is not obligatory.
