Ask a Question

Hello,

I have been trying your software all day now. The desktop version works great. Off course some issues here en there, but I'm slowly getting used to the new GUI.

I finished the draft of my website and wanted to test it on my server. So I reinstalled Joomla. Installed the Nicepage Joomla Extension. Uploaded my zipfile (with content). Imported the zipfile (twice: once in the install manager and once in the Nicepage extension). After that I tried importing the content on the template. But when I look at my page it's blank... all blank except the footer.

Can you help me out? I designed my whole website in de desktop version of Nicepage. Then exported for Joomla.

Kind regards,

Hi Andy,

Could you please create a private topic with the access to the site back end so we could review the settings.
Also the first direct link to the article gives the 404 error.

I have the same problem... and I have (in the future) 54 wbesites to do with Nicepage. For every websites the solution is an access to backend? Not really praticable...
Can you give the solution here?

Hi,

Actually the reason for the issue may be quite different. In most cases the problem is related to the hosting server settings. They can set the limits for the uploaded file size and also some security extensions like modsecurity that do block some of Nicepage requests. We can recommend to contact the hosting provider first and ask them if something is blocking Nicepage requests, they should be able to see that in the log files.
In case that does not help, we would ask you to create a private topic with the access to the site backend so we could review it.
