Email and Google sheets works only on the Nicepage hosting.

We can see that your website - www.fascicoloantiriciclaggio.it is on Joomla. You can use other options except Contact Form 7 which is designed for WordPress.

Also please make sure that your server is correctly configured for sending e-mails.

If you want to use send email with PHP just use the option and URL submit option is not designed to work with custom PHP link. Please check our documentation below.

If the bottom of your website shows the recaptcha small icon, it means the Recaptcha is working and set properly.

Please specify if you solved your issue with the Contact form.
