Contact form email not verifying

Hello:
I have a contact form with 2 fields (Name and Email) and the email I configured to send the form to shows Not Verified. The email I configured did not receive any emails requesting for verification.
I imported the web page with the form from another nicepage account (business plan).
Any ideals what is going on?

Hello George,

You should press verify once again and check. Is it a working email? Can you try to verify another one for a test?

im having the same issue. there must be an internal issue. its been about a wekk for me not being able to verify my email

Please create private tickets and specify the exact e-mails that you have used for the form submissions and we'll check.
Also please check the spam folder.
