How do I update the theme then?

You can create a new Project in Nicepage Desktop or Online, make some changes, export your Project as a WordPress theme without pages, and install the exported file to WordPress. Unfortunately, themes cannot be edited directly in WordPress.

I have a question though. I still don't understand why all of a sudden this issue - video attached.
Someone at Nicepage suggested I update my theme - but I'm not sure it even needs updating, there isn't any notifications? It is a custom theme - I made it when I was preparing the website.. And it worked fine until about a month ago when the issue in the video started happening.
The distances between grids, photos, elements are not the same in the builder as on the actual website. I have to adjust things so they look crooked in Nicepage and refresh the acutal website when I make any small changes. It takes ages and it's really annoying to be honest.
Can you log in and see what the actual issue is and if I really need to update the theme?

We recommend our users update their themes regularly, in order to avoid possible issues. The best practice is when both the plugin and theme have the latest versions. Maybe your issue is related to this. Will your website look better after updating the theme and plugin to the latest versions?

1) Create a new Project in the Nicepage app, and customize it as you want (Header, Footer, templates, etc.).
2) After finishing, save all the changes and export your Project as a WordPress theme without pages.
After doing this, a new theme will be applied to your WordPress site.

What will it do to our current pages on the website?
There is over 170 pages, I am afraid importing the new theme will mess them up?

Importing a new theme without pages will not affect the existing content of your website. If you hesitate, you can back up your site and after that, upload a new theme.
