I just discovered that each email sent through the website (afmse.apostolicfaithse.org), it goes to leads which is hosted or store on you site. How can I disble that?
I want it to go only to to the email listed on the submitted to.

This page https://nicepage.com/User/Leads collects all submissions you receive from the contact forms on your sites. It is needed if you want to review all the submissions you got from the sites you created with Nicepage.
Unfortunately, it cannot be disabled

Are you saying, instead of submitting it through nice, I would not be able to to submit email through the native Joomla email function on nicepages form?

Hello John,
All form submissions are transferred to Leads only if you use Email as the submit option.
In Joomla, you can select the Joomla form submit option - https://nicepage.com/doc/66443/send-emails-with-joomla-form
