When I copy text that I was sent through Google Docs and paste it into a block it is Bold and I can't get it to go to regylar, what should I do? Also, how do I know what plan I have at the minute?

As an option, paste the text into a notepad to clear the text from additional styles.
In the table Your License information, you can see your current plan.
