First, try to disable all antivirus applications and firewalls that you have.
Also, check >> Windows Defender Settings and other apps that might block Nicepage requests for testing purposes.
Reinstall with the latest Nicepage version - https://nicepage.com/download

If you do not have any projects, remove the Nicepage completely, download the Nicepage Desktop app for Windows - https://nicepage.com/download and install the latest Nicepage version.
