If this is a WordPress website, please try to re-activate the plugin and re-save the page with the Form.
If this is a website on Nicepage Online, please re-publish the page with the form.

Hi,

we have the same problem. Limit of purchased licence is not exceeded, but we get this error:

"The free form submission quota was exceeded. If you are a site administrator, please purchase a license to increase the quote limit."

I deactivated plugin in WP and save page with form, but that didn't help.

Please help.

There is no license associated with the account you are writing from.
The free plan is limited to 50 forms per month in case you are using Email as a submit option.
Let us know more details about the purchased plan with a new private ticket.

Please make sure ере you have exported the theme and saved your content on the site using the application or plug-in that was activated with your exact account email after you have purchased the license. you can try to resave the theme and content with the active account now and check if the issue persists.
