I need to know how do I set it up so that the forms, once filled in come to my emailaddress?

However, since I'm a newbie I haven't a clue how to interpret your reply.
It speaks of HTML action attribute. Again I have no clue how to proceed.
Funny that a program such as NicePage cannot have incorporated a simple mailto:myemailadress.com feature.
Let me know it there is a simple step-by-step guideline I can follow.

Sorry for the delay.
The sent email is a server-side task in which there can be many nuances. Therefore the form building is a task for specific plugins and services. The HTML form itself cannot send emails. There is should be server script which does this. The HTML mailto link activates the default mail client on the computer for sending an email. That's all.
Therefore in order to send email from the HTML page, you need a PHP script. As an alternative you can use MailChip service:

Can someone within this community guide me with the steps to create this registration form?
I want to achieve selection changes and selection with text and images to the side.
1: Look at the image. You will see Account Type, visitors will have 3 options to select from the account types; whatever option is selected, the text Attributes of that option should display in the account type display.
2: Payment Option
I want to list names of payment options that can be used to make payments; visitors will see a variety of options to select from; whatever option they choose, the name of the option will show on the left, while the image of the option will show on the right as shown in my image.

you can do this embedding paypal button (using paypal business) unluckily for now nicepage don't have this feature, but you can use a plugin, too. Hope nicepage implement this because can be a great feature.
