Your site has absent 'meta charset="utf-8"' in your page code.
That is why some issues with SEO decoding could be.
Please open your page with Nicepage Editor in Wordpress.
Go to the Site Settings.
Open HTML tab.
Add the provided code to the Meta Tags field.
<meta charset="utf-8" />
Click Done and Save the page.
Click republish afterward.
Check the page on the live site, clear browser cache before if needed.
