Ask a Question

Hi,

I created my Nicepage site using the desktop editor, then exported to my Wordpress website. I then have updated the pages over the months using the NicePage plugin to Wordpress.

Now I need to create more pages using NicePage (have just purchased the Business Premium version), but not sure what the easiest way is. I think using the Desktop editor gives me more flexibility. But how do I export the updated site from the live Wordpress site as my local project is outdated?

Thanks,

Pam

Pam,

After the import to WordPress, there is no possibility yet to export it from WordPress. However, you can export content by individual Blocks. Sorry for this inconvenience!

Hi Alan,

Thanks for clarifying this. If I understand correctly, I can export each block from WordPress and import it back to desktop or I can replicate the changes manually in the desktop to keep it in synch.

I would like to build a few new pages following the same theme. The reason I was thinking of using Desktop app again was because with WordPress Nicepage editor, I can't see an easy to create similar pages. I had to start from scratch. This may not be the case, please advise if I can gain any advantage by using the desktop app.

Many thanks,

Pam

Hello Pam,

Thanks for the reply

You need to export each block and import it into the Nicepage Desktop app. Unfortunately, there is no synchronization.

You can also design another few pages in the Nicepage Desktop app, export them and upload them to your WordPress website.

Check our documentation on how to export and upload Theme and Content.
