Hi, due to a series of errors I needed to reinstall the template generated with nicepage.exe on the site but I keep getting the message
JLIB_INSTALLER_ERROR_NOTFINDXMLSETUPFILE
The need to reinstall is due to the fact that when designing the theme I had a certain menu which, once imported, was seen regularly, but if I then modified the theme from the plugin integrated in joomla, it made it disappear only from the frontend of the site, while if I edited a page it see, except I go online and there was nothing.
I made several attempts during 1 full day, redo the header, redo the menu, add more lines to the header etc.. nothing.
so I thought of:
- remove the template
- (woe) remove the nicepage component
Everything happened correctly but from that moment the joomla control panel became inaccessible to me because it was looking for a file that it could no longer find (loader.php).
At that point I was forced to reinstall joomla on the same space (overwriting) but using a second DB so as to have a clean installation.
After the installation I tried to import the project again but I kept getting the reported error even though the export from the desktop client is complete. The css is imported but no articles and clearly the plugin doesn't work.
What can I do? If I redo the Joomla installation, do I also have to start from a clean hosting space in order to reinstall NicePage on the same domain?
Help me I'm desperate, I've been working on this problem for over 10 hours.
Thank you
Mirko
