Hi,
Please, make sure you have followed all the steps listed:
Allowing Access to Documents
On your Mac, choose Apple menu >> System Preferences >> click Security & Privacy >> click Privacy.
Select Files and Folders.
Please select the checkbox below the Nicepage application to access files and folders in that location.

Assigning Folder Permissions
select the Documents folder >> choose File > Get Info.
If the information in Sharing & Permissions isn't visible, click the disclosure triangle
Click the lock icon to unlock it.
Enter an administrator's name and password.
Click a user or group in the Name column, then choose a permission setting from the pop-up menu. We recommend "Read & Write."
Apply permissions to all items in a folder or a disk
select Documents folder >> choose File > Get Info.
Click the lock icon to unlock it.
Enter an Administrator's Name and Password.
Click the Action pop-up menu >> choose "Apply to enclosed items."

Let us know your result after uninstall and installing the application once again.
