Unable create additional site

Hello, I have premium plan Personal and would like create 2nd site but it's no possible.

2nd-site

Vote to pay developers attention to this features or issue.

Online allows 1 with hosting.
Desktop app allows 5 in the dashboard at a time.

Reinstalled software because i couldnt view or create my site. Its only allowing me to create online. This is what i get
