Update template does not show in Joomla

Hello,

I've made some changes to my template/site (Joomla 4x) on the Nicepage desktop application.
Then, after saving and exporting it as a theme (ZIP-file) I went to the Nicepage app in Joomla and choose Import data, choose file and with only the "Import Colors, Typography, Site Settings and Modal Popups" box checked.

When I look in Joomla in Template styles I don't see anything changed, also the preview in Nicepage does not show any changed items.
Where do I go wrong??

Thanks for being our customer!

Templates should be uploaded to Joomla in this way: System ==> Install ==> Extensions. After installing a template, you should activate it in System ==> Site Template Styles.

The Import data option in the Nicepage extension is needed for uploading the content.
