Hello,

The smooth scroll to Block should work by default. Also, the Nicepage script removes the Block anchor from the URL.
Please let us know what link to anchor and where you added it, is it a link to a Block or a custom link and provide a link to the page that demonstrates the issue if possible.

Sorry, this really works. It doesn't work in the preview mode.
And another qoestion please. How I could add a faivocon? I added a site icon, but the favicon is not showing up/

You could add a favicon under the Site Settings >> General >> Favicon >> upload
