Ask a Question

I create a empty HTML page without headers and footers, but the export page has 600kb nicepage.css + nicepage.js.
There is any possibility to remove the huge CSS file that I don't use in my site ?

Would be very useful if NicePage has an option to disable default nicepage.css and nicepage.js , so I can load and export my own css file.

Another solution would be to break down nicepage.css into small modules. This modules would be loaded in page only if the page use them.

Hi Stelian,

Unfortunately, nicepage.css cannot be removed or reduced in Nicepage automatically. You can try using existing css optimization tools. We do not recommend editing source files manually as this may cause display problems on your website.
But we added your request regarding optimizing exported css to our wish list.

I agree SO MUCH with the request.
A nearly empty page (no images, only header and footer) loads in about 800ms (!) and 312 are used only for nicepage.css!!!
PLEASE, make something aboit it!
Thx, Andrea

Hi, I'm an experienced seo usualluy And I make difficult placements.
My opinion is that nicepage is well done, I say both for the results I am getting thanks to nicepage, and for the technical checks that I do with the tools.
It is normal that a program like this has a big css, but this does not affect the real speed, nor the positioning on search engines, in fact any template takes very high values with the main tools

Including https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/ which is google, or gtmetrix

See the attached images.

without any optimization, i only export template and upload it to a poor hosting (12€ year)
