Hello! It's not the first post I've read and haven't found answers to my questions! I will do it by enumeration, I will ask for a detailed answer, thank you!
1. In the site header, instead of the menu, "code" is displayed
2. I found a solution on your forum that needs to be updated, but I already have the latest desktop version!
3. All the themes that I create, renamed, what to do then?!
4. What if more than 50 sites have already been made on your platform?! Will I need to edit everything on each site?!
5. You can simply roll back the debug - this will be the solution to all problems, since over the past 24 hours more than 30 people have not been able to work actively in this case!
6. I ask for a detailed answer from the administration of this forum, without water and unnecessary excuses! Thanks!

What is the fix I just had the same problem with my main site. I had to restore backup. My problem was, after installing new theme with plugin into an existing site the header displays as code instead of normal. Is that it?

I have a problem with the site menu in the header! And not on 1 site, but already on 5! I want to understand what to do and how to be?! What is the solution to this debug or how can I get around all this?! The desktop version is updated, I made an upload from it!

I just opened the cms and opened the start page, which I then saved again, as I do when I have modified that page.
And everything works for me again.

Hope it works for everyone else too.

Hi I did what you said, updated Nicepage but nothing works :(

Hi everyone,

Please try to update the plug-in to the latest version on your site, open some page created with Nicepage in Nicepage plug-in and resave it. This should help. In case this does not work, create a private ticket with access to your site backend so we could check.

The situation is as follows, I tried to do as you say! It doesn't help! There is a problem with the menu on many sites! The plugin is not automatically updated to version 5.4. The plugin itself is renamed when uploading, and if I upload it to the hosting with my hands, then a basement appears, which I cannot edit! Next, in order for me to fix all this, I have to demolish the site and do everything from scratch on the new version 5.4. It's unrealistic when there are a lot of them, and I have more than 10 sites with such a problem! How to create a ticket and where to send data with access to the site so that you can figure it out and give an answer, the work is worth it and time is running out, I've been struggling with this for 3 days, I'm writing to you, but there was no result either! Thank you, I'm waiting for a detailed answer!

Some have a whitelabel. All in all, nicepage is a program for designers. The plugins are on the whitlabel. If someone uses nicepage, e.g. 2 years ago, the whitelabel plugin was not updated, everything worked. Now suddenly it stopped, can you imagine updating at 100 - 200 pages? You should undo the changes for unupdated plugins to work. Now 200 customers will call that the editor doesn't work for them?

I completely agree, this is my question! That the update was released, crooked, in terms of the menu! And we, as users who have more than 10-50 sites, suffer and do not know what to do! If I understand correctly, you propose to delete all sites and draw everything in a new way, taking into account the 5.4 update?????!!!!!!!!! Some pages created in plugin version 1.9.1 were not updated, now for a test when I go to them and try to add even simple text, it causes an error in the menu. It should not be that only the latest version of the plugin does not throw errors. Some people have pages built on the old version of the plugin and now they have to create them from scratch?

I did this to re-register my page under version 5.4.0 of the plugin! It didn't work so I went back to version 5.3.6. The version of the plugin 5.4.0 has a big bug

I have a lot of different sites and if I redo each one, and it takes a lot of time, since the plugin that is installed is not automatically updated! Just a fail epic! I have been fighting on the forum for 3 days to get feedback and intelligent communication! But the moderators and admins are silent! Tell us, the clients, the administration, what to do and how to be? It is possible in what terms to expect, answer the customers, there are many of us who have questions, to which you do not answer and are silent! Mercy!

You absolutely need a version that fixes the bug! I can't review all the websites I made with Nicepage! It is urgent! Version 5.4.0 does not fix the problem by resaving the page. I don't have time to do that on all my clients' sites. Make an update that does not require our intervention !!!

As I understand it, not only do I have a problem on more than 10 sites and there is no solution to it? I've been writing for 3 days, but everyone is silent, except for users like me! What else can we do?! Where should I write to be heard?!

Hi,

The problem was related to the fact that the changes were made on the export servers and once you have edited any page with the old plug-in version, the issue appeared. For now our developers suggest to update to the latest plug-in version and save one of the site pages in tis new plug-in version. Meanwhile they are fixing the issue on the export servers and when they finish it you won't need to update the plug-in, just resave one page on the site so it would take new updates from our servers.

Вот! Спасибо за развернутый ответ! А то нам ведь не понятно, ведется работа по восстановлению или просто нужно все сайты вручную обновлять (крайне не хочется)! Благодарим и ждем как можно скорее устранения данного бага!

Hi,
I had the same problem on 10 sites made for customers. I had to save pages on all the sites, and empty the cache. Not very simple. It is a customer who alert me, not very comfortable for reputation...

I think you should disable automatic updates in the future. This is the first time this has happened but it is a lesson! I went back to the previous version of the plugin 5.3.6. and everything works

We've been using Nicepage for about a year, but unfortunately every time something like that happens and disappoints us.
We're using Nicepage for our website projects, and now we've faced an issue with all the websites we created before, all having the same problem, The error line appeared in the header, and everything we've done so far, didn't help.

Please apply a new update on the latest version, and notify us to solve the issue.
