I have renewed my account but still not activated

As we can see from the information about your current orders, your renewal was canceled. Since we don't manage the payment processing, unfortunately, we do not know the reason for the cancellation. I hope this reply finds you well. I wanted to reach out to express my gratitude for the helpful link you provided me. I was able to speak with an agent through the link and my payment has been processed and my license is now activated.

However, I have noticed that the application is working very slowly, even though I am using a fast MacBook machine. Before the update to the newer version, the application worked very fast, but now it runs slowly. Can you tell me the reason for this and how I can resolve this issue?

Could you please explain in more details how exactly slow it is? Also what exact operations are slow and how long does it take?
Please try to close all other applications and other utilities that may be blocking internet access.
