Hello,
To migrate from Joomla 3 to Joomla 4 you need to use Joomla upgrade tools, it should transfer all your site with content. In any case please make a backup of your site before upgrading. You can disable Nicepage plugin before upgrade.
After that please use the desktop application to export the updated theme and plug-in choosing Joomla 4 version in the export dialog and install them on your site.
