How to re-use a section on other pages or use a different header.

Ask a Question

Nicepage is great for designing and has potential, but I don't see a way to reuse a section throughout a website. Example, Have a global template similar to the current header/footer which you can add to other pages. Edit it in only one area and any changes to it will appear on all other pages. Guess it would be called a global section.

Also, is there a way to add a different header to a page? I don't want to have the same header on all pages.

Unfortunately this is a reason I won't purchase NicePage. Having global sections is an essential feature these days in page builders.

Hi,

Unfortunately we have no option to use one section through all the pages, only header and footer. Section can be only copied to the other pages.
And there is no way to use different headers. Only if you disable the header at all and then use the regular sections on the pages instead of it.

I agree, global blocks are essential. Nicepage has many great features, but every time I try to use it to create a real, functional website, I run into roadblocks like this. All modern page builders support global blocks, so it's ridiculous that Nicepage doesn't.

I need to create a bar under the header that would display the page title. Currently, I can accomplish this by adding the title to the header, but I don't want the title displayed on the home page, which means I'd have to disable the header on the home page and create a custom header. But there's no way to insert the menu into an ordinary block, so around and around I go. Workarounds on top of workarounds and no real solution to something that would be extremely simple in Oxygen, Elementor, etc...

We need a way to create a global block that can be enabled/disabled on any page. Then I could simply create a global block for the page title and disable the block on the home page.

Yes, I think that it should be an URGENT option in development, since it is very frustrating to have to modify a global change in any part of the web, and have to make, for example, 50 changes
