Licencing issue

Hi,
I paid for a Premium License and I correctly activated it, but every time that I try to download a big picture, it asks to activate a license. So I press on "I have already one", and then it says "license correctly activated", but I continue to can not download big picture, as shown in the screenshots.

As you can see on our purchase page, the Business license includes Small picture sizes only:
