If you mean the From Email then it is not possible, unfortunately, if you Nicepage service to get emails from the Contact Form. The Property Panel is to the right. You can change the submission email.

Hello David,

To find those options, please select your Form Element on the page >> on the Panel on the right please choose the Submit To option >> After that you can choose the email address on which the form will be submitted.
Please let us know if any additional information will be needed.
