You can remove it yourself in the Site Settings/ General Tab. Uncheck the Display Made In Nicepage checkbox.

I've also purchase a Personal, License.

I'm wondering why the page still has redirects?? Please attached png file.

I've already Unchecked the Display Made In Nicepage checkbox.

Please advise how to prevent this from happening.

It turned out that the redirects was due to a malicious attack on the site.
A malicious player had replaced the jQuery.js file with one that had code add the ads to the page.
Nothing at all to do with Nicepage.
