Hi. I want my customers to be able to click " Request Package info" button and it leads to a pop up window that will capture their name and email. Any insight is greatly appreciated

Thanks for contacting us

Create a new Modal popup from the Quick Access Panel (on your left). Create a button "Request Package info", press Add hyperlink, choose Modal Popup and select it from the list.

Thank You for your reply. I see the modal pop up is a premium feature. When I go to upgrade, it has business features for less than what I paid for a personal account (recently). Is there a way to upgrade me to be able to use the business features? At least for a limited time until i get funding flowing in from this site? I missed my launch deadline(due to lack of prompt response), so I need to recoup missing funds before I can afford to upgrade.

Also, I read a post that showed how to update preferences to enable me to turn on automatic saving, but I don't see it on my menu. I am making changes and they are not updating. Please assist, Thank You again.

Hello LaMesha,

With your Personal Plan, you are still able to create 1 Modal popup. If you wish to upgrade within the first month, you will pay only the difference between the plans. After that, the price will be slightly increased due to the updates.
Kindly check the premium page - https://nicepage.com/premium

I missed my launch deadline(due to lack of prompt response), so I need to recoup missing funds before I can afford to upgrade.

Kindly specify which ticket lacks prompt responses. Our support typically replies within 1-2 business working days. If you need priority support, consider upgrading to the PRO or ULTIMATE plan.

Please specify where exactly you do not have autosave. Nicepage Desktop app or Online Builder?
Click on your Profile icon >> Preferences | Autosave >> On
