Hello there,
I formatted my computer. I downloaded the Nicepace application from your site and installed it. but the sites I built on 4.5.4 are now read-only. I also reverted to version 4.5.4 however, the sites are read-only. I can't edit even though I have 4.5.4. There is no backup either. Please I request you to provide a solution to this problem.

If it’s the same drive you formatted you might have luck with a recovery app but it’s unlikely.
Recuva is a free one. There are several.
You shouldn’t install anything on your system while you try.
Use a different computer to create a bootable flash drive and run the software off that.
You would need the old Documents\Nicepage folder.
