ive brought a new laptop, signed in and i can see my sites but can't access my, is there something i need to download?

If you created them with the desktop app on your old computer, you need to transfer the Project file from each site to the new computer and import them.
If you don't have access to your old computer, you'll need backups.
Bottom line, you'll need the Project files to import.
If you don't have them, you'll need to rebuild the sites.

thanks that worked although on my other pc i had 2 sites, i have Nicepage Personal, License, it will only let me transfer 1 site, any ideas??

Online/web app, only 1 site hosted with the Personal license.
