info7656, if you have this problem only with one Project in the Desktop app (when you open this Project), then please export it as a Project and provide it in a new private case here https://nicepage.com/Forum/Topic/Create.
If the problem occurs when you open the Desktop dashboard (and see all Projects), then provide the folder with all your Desktop Projects.
By default, this is the /Documents/Nicepage folder.
