I can't download

Hi, I have bought Nicepage. I love the use of it but I can't publish and export to my Wordpress account. I downloaded the builder to my MacBook. I have finished the project. I hit "publish" ..."Wordpress"..."theme & pages..." "export". I then get an error message.. "failed to send request". Please let me know what I'm doing wrong so I can upload my website. Thanks

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us and your interest in Nicepage

You can't publish to WordPress from the Nicepage Desktop app directly. You need to export it first and then upload to your WordPress website separately Theme and then Content with Plugin.
