my question is how do you access them once you import the theme in Word Press because they were not there

The templates are used to output the dynamiс content like posts from your website cms database.

I'm talking about custom templates like blog posts and page templates. The desktop version allows you to create custom templates but I have no idea how to use them to create a page with them. Also when I exported the theme with content and the project file attached the custom templates were not there

Perhaps the video from our documentation is a bit outdated but technically is all the same.
Since you can't edit and design the Nicepage pages in WordPress with the Nicepage plugin with the Free Starter Plan. You can design your pages/website in the Nicepage Desktop app, export it, and upload it to your WordPress website.

First, export the Theme only and upload it to your WordPress dashboard >> Appearance >> Themes >> Upload new

Second, export the content, and upload it in the WordPress dashboard >> Plugins
