I am no longer able to create a site due to me getting stuck on an infinite loading screen and when it does work it says that I already have a site published. That site is no longer accessible how am I able to un publish a non-accessible site.
If it's stuck on "loading" try pressing the NP logo on the top left. That might help.
If you need to unpublish a site, use your browser, under your name at the top right, under My Sites.

Do you try that in the Online Builder?
With your Personal premium plan, you can publish on Nicepage hosting one website only. This means you can have one website in the Online Builder and five websites in the Nicepage Desktop app.
If you need to unpublish a site, use your browser under your name at the top right, under My Sites.
