SEO Alt text in multi-language sites does not work (only one text for ALL languages)

Hello, i realized that it is not possible to enter different SEO-ALT texts for images which are used in multi-language pages.
When i switch between the languages, the SEO-ALT text remains the same. When i write spanish alt text for example the english alt-text is overwritten with it.
