Ask a Question

I recently had to restore my computer and now I cannot access my projects. I have tried to set the folder to D:\becht\Documents\Nicepage\ where all my current projects are, but it will not accept that (with or without the final "\") giving the error as displayed in NPE1.jpg

How do I get my projects to show up?

Hello Connie,

You can copy your project folders (Site_numbers) into the new folder, after changing the directory in your Preferences, reload the application, and your projects should be in your dashboard.

Please check and let us know.

There is not. It's finding the directory, but when I move the old projects, it says "Error Cannot get the site."

Is the "becht" on the D: drive?
If you created the folders there it might be D:\Documents\Nicepage.

I've tried both with a single Nicepage and Nicepage/Nicepage, but neither will recognize my current project files. I only keep programs on my C: drive and have always kept documents and other files on D: drive. It's opening the generic new project, but will not "see" my other projects.

Is it because one string is Nicepage and the other is Nicepage\Nicepage?
Listed twice?
Does it work if it's on your C: drive?
