How can I remove the reCAPTCHA from my site at all?

I need to remove it really within the html code due german law problems with data privacy. Hiding is not an option.
Need to remove the link/code to google!

Hello Heiko,

Recaptcha is automatically enabled if you use our server to publish your site and Email or Google Sheets as Submit to option for the Contact form.
This is necessary to protect the server itself.
If you use the export to HTML, you can not add Recaptcha keys, Recaptcha itself will not be loaded there, and google fonts on the page will not be used. But submits of the form will be limited.
In case you require any further assistance, please send here your project file and the link to the published site for us to check.
