Ask a Question

When I open up Nicepage, it cannot find my project folder. Allow me to explain my situation.
1) I have not deleted anything from the project folder location. My html files are still there.
2) The nicepage application remains stuck on "Loading". Clicking on "Preferences" does not take me anywhere. And clicking on "Profile" only opens up my profile page at Nicepage. But there's nothing on this page concerning the file path. I have to use the Task Manager to force the application to quit. I have even uninstalled the app and reinstalled the latest version, the error is still there.

Can anyone please provide some direction for resolving this?

Thanks!

If it's stuck on Loading, sometimes clicking on the Nicepage logo at the top left helps.
Make sure your preferences are showing the correct working folder, Documents\Nicepage.

Thanks for contacting us

Try to rename the project's folder in the ...\Document\Nicepage e.g. into Nicepage1 and reinstall the Niceapge Desktop app. Let us know the result.
