If you have a Personal license, you can have 5 sites in the dashboard of the desktop app, and 1 site hosted.
Look under My Sites under your name at the top right of the browser.
It will show you if you already have a site there.
You might need to delete that to publish your site you want to upload if using Nicepage host.

Hello,
We can see that you have a PRO Premium lifetime license, but your updates expired on the 8th of August. Therefore, unfortunately, Nicepage hosting is not available. But you can still export your websites and use premium features with the latest version before your updates expire.
