I am having this error message anytime i tried to download or load templates from the nicepage windows software so i can edit offline am getting the error message that says can not connect to nicepage.com please try again

Thanks for contacting us

This error means that you need more strong connection to the internet. You can’t fully work offline with the Nicepage as you still require internet connection to download templates and images.
