Insert a component (such as Ignite Gallery) into a page

My website currently uses Jooma 4.2. Past posts indicated that to insert a component into a page, you could use Regularlabs "Components Anywhere". However, it's only compatible with Joomla 3 and before. It probably won't be available for Joomla 4. So how can I insert this gallery into a block on a page? I know it probably uses a shortcode, but I don't know what it is.

Please follow the instruction provided by the component - https://extensions.joomla.org/extension/components-anywhere/
Exactly this extension Components Anywhere is not supported in Joomla4 according to this article, you should search for an alternative - https://regularlabs.com/blog/1374-joomla-4-plans-and-roadmap-for-regular-labs-extensions
You can add the shortcode in the add list of elements in the Joomla Nicepage editor :
