Joomla upgrade fails when Nicepage is installed

Dear,

I am attempting to upgrade my Joomla from ‎3.10.11 to 4.2.3 with Nicepage Business version 4.19.2 installed.

The upgrade fails whenever Nicepage is still installed when upgrading.
The upgrade works if I disable all Nicepage items (module, plugin, components.) but the backend gets broken whenever I enable them again after the upgrade.
The only way I can get the upgrade to work is to fully uninstall Nicepage, perform the upgrade, and reinstall Nicepage.
Whenever I follow this scenario, I have a working upgraded site but unfortunatelly, all the work I did in Nicepage is lost after reinstalling the module.

Can you please let me know how I can export the current theme/layout/pages etc before the upgrade and import them agaian after the upgrade?
Can I just overwrite some folders with their version from before an upgrade to keep my pages intact?
Do I need to follow a different approach then mentioned above?

Hello,

The Nicpage plugin for Joomla 3 is not compatible with Joomla 4. Therefore, it is recommended to uninstall Nicepage, upgrade Joomla and install Nicepage for Joomla 4. If you uninstall the plugin it should not remove the existing Nicepage content created in Joomla, though it won't look good because of the missing plugin styles. But when you install Joomla 4 plugin on the upgraded Joomla, all Nicepage pages should work ok. Did you try this scenario? Does it work on your side?
