Ask a Question

Hello

What is you colors construction ?

I see tones under white square are % of black: 5. 10. 15. 25. 30. 40
and under the black square they are : 50 60 70 75 80 90.

But under the 5 other swatches? The colors we determine as a palette ?

I need to create an extended color palette, and I'd like to pursue your system...
Thanks for any informations!

Regards

on a personnal color
if I want to make variants, in luminosity, (two more bright, two more dark)
like Nicepage
do anyone recommend a site?

Jean-Philippe,

We do not have any recommendations, unfortunately. Please try to google for "color schemes".

Alan
you still can answer my question:

in the color palette of Nicepage

there is a line of colors

white, black, color 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

under each are calculated variants
white and black are obvious since there is a label showing % at rollover

but not for the colors.

Could you please go ask a developer? Piece of cake for him.

Thank you.

Plus, for your information, to my 2d question, i found that very much ok: colors.tools. ✓

Jean-Philippe,

Those colors are built automatically with the algorithm, based on the color theory.

:-)
And don't you want to give me that algorithm?

Could be just "we just add xx light, and xx dark"... (the question is: is it a tone ? do you add light ? do you add white in the color? etc)

To be noted: what I usually ask is reasonnably usefull for your other customers. "No code" does not mean users are forbiden to make the best of the app, like here designing a color scheme that goes beyond the 5 swatches given by the app. :-)
