disable touch-swiping on the Slider

I'd like the slider to be press-only on mobile devices.
Each slide contains information that's supposed to be read, but scrolling down to read it causes the slider to react and automatically switch to the next slide.

Unfortunately, this built-in feature cannot be disabled.
