If you are using the desktop app, you need to get the Documents\Nicepage folder with working files or backup Project files from your other computer.
The only other method, is if you exported the sites for your own host and included the Project files that you uploaded, you will be able to download and import them.
Otherwise, you will need to rebuild your sites.
That's what working backups are for.
